With the RapidCompact platform, DGG is the leading provider of automated 3D data optimization technology, allowing brands and retailers around the world to scale up their production for real-time 3D, AR, VR and Metaverse applications.

As a fast-growing deep-tech start-up from Darmstadt, Germany, we are looking for a Product Marketing (PMM) Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for North America. This PMM will stand-up the initial marketing team, comprised of senior leadership, and define a new marketing manager role when criteria have been met. The PMM will own the go-to-market strategy and plans. Rather than a traditional marketing approach, this role will require rapid experimentation, engagement with current and prospective customers, and iterations of value propositions and marketing channels that shape the customer acquisition efforts.

Your Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Draft and test tone, voice and messaging with prospective customers  
  • Design, test, and build customer acquisition strategies with senior leadership 
  • Run interviews to build empathy on jobs to be done 
  • Create and execute acquisition campaigns (social media, e-mail, SEO, ads, interviews, etc.) 
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and unmet needs 
  • Coordinate creation of Build marketing materials, landing pages, and other assets within brand guidelines 
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns 


  • Prior experience in generalist marketing, growth marketer, marketing manager, or PMM 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related experience 
  • Proven experience with product launches and user research 
  • Demonstratable experience in marketing analytics and tools, especially for online marketing 
  • Thorough understanding of channel marketing (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods 
  • Solid digital communication skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.) 
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and launch of landing pages 
  • Exceptional verbal communication and writing skills  
  • A passion for 3D technologies, XR applications, Metaverse and/or Game Development.
